SUMMARY:

We pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from our kitchen and are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to help support our current team year round. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing innovative cuisine, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment, can take direction well, and multi-task effectively.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
  • Maintain accurate food inventories
  • Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
  • Rotate stock items per established procedures
  • Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
  • Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • Background check required
  • Must always be able to maintain and present a professional appearance. Dells Resorts grooming and personal hygiene requirement is to wear the proper issued clean uniform and name badge.
  • A professional attitude and the ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse is always required.
  • Must be honest and dedicated.
  • Must possess excellent time management skills and be on time for work.
  • Must be a team player and able to provide superior customer service.
  • Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
  • Must call your Supervisor two hours before your shift begins if you are unable to come to work.

Pay based on experience.
