We are looking for seasonal and year-round weekend/evening shift (4 pm/5 pm start) line cooks.
Variable hour position based on the needs of the business. Full-time potential.
Line cooks are responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of items as ordered by guests using fryers, flat-top, grill and pasta stations.
Must be able to follow established recipes and production procedures.
Must follow proper sanitation procedures.
Must be able to function both individually and as part of a team to complete the job.
Will be responsible for cleaning and stocking work areas.
Line cooks will help out in other areas of the kitchen as needed.
Constant standing and walking are required. Frequent reaching. Frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs, occasional lifting 10 to 50 lbs.
Prior kitchen experience preferred.
