Reservation agents are responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests while taking, recording, and cancelling reservations with an understanding to maximize room revenue and occupancy for Kalahari Resorts properties.
Computer experience required. Ability to multitask and type is required.
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly and have a willingness to make decisions.

Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
