The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!
The Field’s at the Wilderness Busser position is responsible for replenishing all supplies to bus stands, kitchen, and lounge during dinner service.
This is a part or full time position with night and weekend availability.
Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited to:
-Organized tables efficiently without making noise.
-Serving water and refilling glasses as and when needed.
-Cleaning the dining area and serving stations.
-Assisting janitorial staff with trash removal.
-Assisting in cleaning up spills.
-Greeting guests with / in the absence of the hostess.
-Making suggestions about menu selections when asked.
-Ensuring the timely delivery of food orders.
-Handling customers’ queries and concerns efficiently.
