KFI is in need of a full-time Extrusion Production Operator to join our team in Portage, Wisconsin. The Extrusion Production Operator position will maintain production within the assigned work area. They will need to assist in the running of all equipment and perform associated quality testing. They will need to fill the areas of vacancies attributed to vacations; medical leaves and call-ins. Incumbents may start out in a particular area of the facility (Forming or Extrusion) but will be expected to learn how to operate all production lines. This opening is for 12hr night shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule.
JOB BENEFITS
Starting pay between $17.50 – $19.50/hr before shift premiums
Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days, $1,000 after 1 year, $1,000 after 2 years
Summer bonuses: +$3.00/hr for the months of June, July, and August Shift premiums of +$1.00/hr for days and +$2.00/hr for nights
10 Paid Holidays; Monthly Perfect Attendance = +4hrs of PTO; Quarterly Perfect Attendance = +8hrs of PTO
